    We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and project support to our Vice President of Radio.  In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic and administrative resource for the Vice President of Radio.  Yes, you’ll be responsible for the usual Executive Assistant tasks – managing calendars, departmental budgets, booking travel, etc.  But you will also be responsible for managing various individual & departmental projects.

    Qualifications

    Here's what we are looking for...

    • AA Degree, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in an executive administrative  capacity.
    • Project management experience; proven ability to plan, organize, lead and direct projects.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and administrative skills.
    • Media savvy and able to create visual presentations utilizing video, graphs, and other media.
    • Understanding and knowledge of radio culture and radio production.
    • Budget management; experience establishing and tracking budgets.
    • Staff management experience; experience coaching and proactively and positively resolving employee relation concerns.
    • Experience independently negotiating contracts and agreements.
    • Strong computer skills; advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
