    The Administrative Assistant is the glue that holds our Technology Team together.  This is the person who takes care of all the little details so this group can run smoothly & effortlessly.   In this position, you’ll be responsible for supporting our CIO, along with other leaders within Technology.   Our technology department is exciting, fast moving and ever changing, so you’ll need to be able to keep up, but be flexible enough to go with the flow.


    As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be responsible for managing office organization, scheduling travel, coordinating meetings & departmental events, managing calendars, completing expense reports and contributing on other IT projects as needed.


    Here’s what we’re looking for…

    • Someone with experience supporting technical managers and/or departments
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills; strong attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; a people person with the ability to rally the troops when necessary
    • Strong computer skills; advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to create graphs; charting; complex analysis within multiple systems; data parsing; and presentations
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently; managing your own deadlines & calendar.
    • Ability to multi-task and keep multiple projects moving forward with accuracy and excellence
    • Demonstrated ability to represent ministry and leadership staff professionally and maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to plan, organize, lead and direct small to medium projects
