  • Overview

As a Program Manager in the Strategic Management Group (SMG), you’ll be responsible for working with department leaders and executives to prioritize the right projects at the right time to help impact millions for Christ through radio and media.  You will ensure that enterprise-wide projects and initiatives are aligned to strategic objectives, prioritized and resourced, and successfully executed.  You’ll also report to executives on the overall health of portfolios, programs and projects, identify issues and risks and create mitigation plans. This position will mature and maintain PMO best practices, establish project management methodologies, and act as a project advisor to Project Managers.

HOW you manage, lead & influence others will make a difference in your success here.  We are results driven but move things forward in a way that is Christ-like & collaborative.  Are you able to dig into the details and translate complex issues based on your audience?  Do you value influence over authoritative power and collaboration over a directive or siloed leadership style?  If so, then you’ll want to look at this opportunity.

This is a full time, on-site position based out of our headquarters in Rocklin, CA.
