    We are currently looking for an Information Security Analyst to be responsible for ensuring the security of our corporate data, you will focus on the administration and support of user facing security tools, along with supporting the vulnerability management program and assisting with the rollout of new security technologies. This role will assist in enhancing security awareness and ongoing security awareness communications throughout the ministry.


    This is a full time, on-site position based out of our headquarters in Rocklin, CA.



    First & foremost, we are looking for someone who feels called to serving in ministry and is passionate about our mission. In addition to that, here are a few other qualifications that you'll need...

    • Bachelors degree in computer science or cyber security, AND 5 years related experience in the Cyber security field
    • Experience in web and database technologies
    • Working knowledge of Vulnerability Scanning platform (Qualys, Rapid7, or Tenable/Nessus), identifying vulnerabilities and how to mitigate
    • Understanding of patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact
    • Familiar with enterprise network penetration testing and techniques
    • Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, DLP, and IDS/IPS concepts
    • Professional Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Certified Ethical Hacker, Security +, ECSA, GIAC, CISSP a plus
    • Knowledge of relevant legal/regulatory requirements and common information security management frameworks (HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOX, PCI, COBIT, NIST).
    • Proven experience of effectively managing through an information security incident, external attack, or data breach, and as a result, strengthening the organization’s information security posture to prevent future events or can demonstrate how their proactive efforts and foresight as an information security leader have prevented such an incident from occurring in the first place.
