    As a Customer Service Rep, we title them, Listener Services Associate (LSA), you'll serve as an extension of what is happening on-air,  through phone calls, text and social media engagement. Your goal is to offer accurate and timely responses to our listeners with outstanding customer service.

     

    In this role, you'll be supporting and responding to our listeners.  This puts you in a front line, first responder position, making it super important to listen well, show empathy and use sincere, conversational communication.  You will also be expected to problem solve using ministry guidelines.   

     

    It’s a high energy, fast-paced, fast-changing position because the volume and momentum are media and technology driven.

     

    PART TIME Work Schedule

     

    Saturday and Sunday 1:30pm-10:00pm.

    This position pays $13.00/hour. 

     

    *Our listener services department does not close down for many of the holidays.  It is expected that all team members will share in coverage on a rotational basis.

     

    This is an on-site position at our headquarters in Rocklin, CA. 

    Responsibilities

    Here's a few areas that you'll be responsible for...

    • Answer phones. 
    • Monitoring social media forums and respond.
    • Crisis call screening and follow up with Pastors.

     

    Qualifications

    Here's what we're looking for...

    • Experience working or volunteering in an administrative customer service environment.  Experience answering phones in a professional setting a plus.
    • Strong computer skills; with proficiency using of Microsoft Office (Word & Outlook), Sharepoint, search engines, Social Media forums and smart devices.
    • Minimum keyboard speed of 40 WPM.
    • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of our listener supported ministry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated value on teamwork.
    • Demonstrated ability to represent ministry professionally and maintain listener confidentiality.
    • Candidates currently residing in the Rocklin/greater Sacramento area preferred. 

    Employment Requirements:

    • Must pass a pre-employment background & reference check.
    • Must provide proof of legal authorization to work in the US.
