    We are looking for an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join the Strategic Management Group and lead a team of business analysts to work on the organization’s most strategic projects (e.g. enterprise Sales Force CRM implementation); from initial analysis and business case development through design and implementation.

    Responsibilities

    A little more about the role:

    • Build, develop and mentor a team of business analysts in B.A. techniques and methodologies in activities such as gathering requirements, defining business process flows, developing business cases, creating business analysis communication plans, and applying business model canvas techniques.
    • Align business analysis practice with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) v3 guidelines in core areas such as business analysis planning & monitoring, elicitation & collaboration, requirements life cycle, and solution evaluation.
    • Establish and maintain a Business Analysis Center of Practice (COP); providing best practices, templates, and techniques to translate business ideas into implementable solutions.
    • Collaborate with leadership (directors, VPs, C-level) to identify and maintain critical business capabilities and develop new business capabilities.
    • Lead by example and be willing to develop key analysis deliverables to support the business analyst team.
    • Prioritize requests for business analysis support and manage resources across projects.
    • Encourage cross-functional collaboration and partnership across departments and teams.
    • End-to-end understanding of software development process (waterfall and agile) and develop business, functional and technical requirements.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications for this role:

    • Minimum of 5 years work experience with Business Process Management or Business Analysis on cross-functional teams.
    • Minimum of 3 years people management experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree and IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification desired
    • Desired experience using Lean Six Sigma, The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), and Industry standard software development lifecycles (SDLC) is desired
    • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Understands the “people” are as much “the work” as technology. Inspires and motivates a team.
