We're on the lookout for a Director of Cybersecurity to lead and implement IT security best practices, systems, and architecture ministry-wide. This isn't just a job; it's a calling. Based in Franklin, Tennessee, you'll be at the forefront of fortifying our digital landscape to bring hope to our growing listener base. As a strategic and hands-on leader, you'll direct the design of security systems, assess business continuity and disaster recovery readiness, and stay ahead of the IT threat landscape.

 

This position is based in Franklin, Tennessee.

 

A few tasks that you’ll be responsible for…

  • Direct and approve the design of security systems.
  • Assess EMF’s Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery readiness and ensure appropriate plans are in place and tested.
  • Maintain the current IT threat landscape for the ministry and make recommendations for changes.
  • Assess the security/risk posture within the IT network, systems and software applications and provide solution recommendations.
  • Provide security applications to support for both on-premise and cloud technologies.
  • Provide strategic leadership, mentoring and develop a highly competent and responsive IT Strategy team.

Here's what we're looking for...

  • 8+ years exp. in leadership and management.
  • 8+ years Information security experience.
  • Proven experience in evaluation and implementation of enterprise wide information security technologies and concepts.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a plus.
  • Certified Ethical Hacker, Incident Handling Certification, Certified Information Security Auditor and formal information security education is desired.
