Reporting to the VP of Partnerships & Live Events, you'll be the trusted keeper behind our promotional and gear management. Here's experience we are seeking:

  • 3 years’ experience in working in broadcasting, media, and/or live events.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong computer skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Mac and PC.
  • Technology savvy. Familiar with a variety of media outlets, including social media.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, establishing and meeting performance/ministry goals.
  • Exhibits versatility and flexibility. Regularly adapts to change while maintaining a positive attitude and high productivity.
  • A collaborative style, with strong service mentality. Consistently operates as a team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent ministry and executive staff professionally and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for our mission and values.

Here's some of what you will be doing: 

  • Support the Partnership and Live Events Group by managing all aspects of the promotion of partnered events and new key initiatives for the Impact and Outreach team.
  • Provide training and support for the Impact and Outreach team on underwriting software.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of promotional items and road gear.
  • Work with vendors to create and streamline the ordering process for all event materials.
  • Develop innovative ways to promote the EMF brand on site at events and within the listener community.
  • Work internally to support underwriting spots for ministry partners, promotional giveaways and new partnership endeavors as they are developed.
  • Facilitate and maintain strong communication departmentally and company wide to ensure project advancement and success.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of contract workers to effectively and passionately represent the ministry at partner events.
  • Research and develop new ways to reach the audience through giveaways, event promotional items, and on-air promotions.
  • Support the team with internal deliverables including weekly and quarterly reporting.
  • Demonstrate initiative with proactive follow-up in servicing ongoing relationships; help drive decisions by providing timely response to questions, concerns, and requests for information.
  • Represent K-LOVE and Air 1 professionally and with ministry-focused communications.
  • Streamline work and processes through the creation of useful and efficient systems.
  • Perform additional support to Partnership and Live Events Group as needs and initiatives fluctuate.
