• Assist in preparing and installing computers, phones, copiers, and printers for team members.
• Configure and install conference rooms to ensure optimal functionality for meetings and presentations.
• Provide concierge-type assistance to team members moving into and learning the new building, including addressing technical inquiries and guiding them through the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with the IT team to create training materials and documentation for various software applications and technical processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by team members in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records for hardware and software assets.
