Join our Impact and Outreach team to facilitate mission-driven initiatives that support local ministry partners, churches, and charities. As a key member, you'll bring fresh ideas to life, forge meaningful connections, and execute strategic events, all while ensuring fiscal responsibility and maintaining strong relationships with regional stakeholders.

Here's some of what you will be doing:

 

  • Facilitate the mission, vision, and strategy of the Impact and Outreach team to create events that support local ministry partners, churches, and charities. 
  • Following Directors leadership, create fresh ideas and partner events in the assigned territory. Your connections will be key in addition to researching various organizations that have both the need for support from K-LOVE as well as the desire to see a partnership take place that is beneficial to all.
  • Regional travel is required, to be on the ground for execution of strategic live events, local partnerships, and building future opportunities.
  • Partner with K-LOVE Marketing and Underwriting, ensuring that appropriate radio, digital, and social advertisements, content, and promotions meet the needs of each event.
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility including presentation of budgets to VP of Partnerships and Live Events and Director of Impact and Outreach. Provide follow through maintaining budgets to completion of events.
  • Demonstrate initiative with proactive follow-up and servicing ongoing relationships; help drive decisions by providing timely response to questions, concerns, and requests for information.
  • Creating relationships regionally for long term ministry opportunities.
  • Represent K-LOVE and Air 1 professionally and with ministry-focused communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Here's some experience we are seeking:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role requiring building and maintaining positive partnerships within the industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
  • Deep working knowledge in one or more of the core areas listed below and knowledgeable in media promotions related disciplines including:
    • Media Underwriting
    • Event Promotions
    • Scheduling
    • Strategic Planning
    • Copywriting
    • Contact Management
    • Project Management Software
  • Must be computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft office products. Knowledge of CMS systems preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated high attention to detail.
  • A collaborative and flexible style, with strong service mentality. Need to be seen as a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for our mission and values.
  • Must pass a pre-employment reference screen and background check.
  • Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
