Here’s just some of what you will be doing daily…
- Manage day-to-day traffic - caring for needs/requests as they arise to maximize effectiveness with CMO & his staff & professional colleagues.
- Provide support, prioritization and organization for all CMO communications including emails & texts
- Provide operational support for the Media Leadership Team when necessary (Programming, Streaming, Podcasting, Live Events & Partnerships) including:
- Scheduling and time effectiveness; travel arrangement, P-Card management, monthly budget reporting/tracking, project research and industry awareness; assist and create presentations; and other duties as assigned.
- Provide monthly budget status report and overview of Media team.
- Communicate with care and excellence both verbally and in written correspondence.
- Arrange schedule and planning of all events that impact the CMO and the Media Teams.
- Be aware, adaptable and utilize a variety of technical applications to assist the CMO and Media Team in their efforts to be innovative and cutting edge with the latest and greatest media and technology.
- Prepare, edit and disseminate departmental communications at the executive and director leadership levels.
- As a gate-keeper and right hand to CMO, consistently provide excellent service both internally and externally, positively upholding our “brand” and representing the CMO; be proactive and anticipate needs by keeping the “right stuff” in front of the CMO at the “right time” such as meeting preparations, communications, etc.; use discretion and judgment to appropriately prioritize what CMO should be aware of vs. what needs immediate response and action.

- AA Degree in Communications, Broadcasting, Media or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in radio, broadcasting, media and/or executive level support
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships
- Strong computer skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Mac and PC.
- Technology savvy. Familiar with a variety of media outlets and technology, including social media.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently; establishing and meeting performance/ministry goals
- Exhibits versatility and flexibility. Regularly adapts to change while maintaining a positive attitude and high productivity
- Demonstrated ability to represent ministry and executive staff professionally and maintain confidentiality
