We are seeking a passionate and organized intern to support our Live Events Department in planning, coordinating, and executing impactful events within the Christian music industry. This hands-on internship is perfect for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of event management, particularly within faith-based and community-driven initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting our signature events—Found CollectiveCampus NightsAWAY, and more—as we grow and expand our outreach to K-LOVE/Air1 listeners, college students, women, and other communities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Assist in organizing and executing live events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination for signature events like Found CollectiveCampus NightsAWAY, and other ministry gatherings.
  • Provide support in ordering, tracking, and managing inventory for promotional items and event merchandise.
  • Help with event setup and teardown on show days, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Ministry Support:

  • Actively contribute to events that inspire spiritual growth and foster meaningful connections with college students, young adults, and local communities.
  • Help create engaging and enriching environments that align with the vision and mission of our ministry.
  • Represent the ministry during outreach activities and events, interacting directly with attendees and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Growth Strategy:

  • Track and support the growth of Campus Nights and other outreach efforts.
  • Collect and analyze event feedback, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement and enhanced ministry impact.

Logistical Support:

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and the smooth execution of event details, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed.
  • Provide hands-on support for day-of event operations, helping to coordinate vendors, volunteers, and event participants.

Engagement:

  • Support volunteer recruitment and coordination, ensuring volunteers are prepared, motivated, and aligned with event goals.
  • Engage with event participants to build community, creating opportunities for meaningful interactions and connections.

Content Creation:

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos during events to support post-event engagement and social media promotion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that highlights the success and impact of events across various platforms.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time internship position.
  • $16/hour
  • Samples of previous work or portfolio are welcome but not mandatory.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse groups.
