Overview

Imagine getting a behind the scenes look into the Legal Department of the nation’s largest, non-profit, family of media ministries.

 

In this Legal Internship, we will immerse you in areas of employment, contracts, technology, compliance, and entertainment law. You will research legislative and legal matters, impact our processes and work to improve our systems. Interning for an in-house legal team will expose you to all areas of corporate law.

 

This internship is created for 1st or 2nd year law students. Please ensure, if you apply, you are in your 1st or 2nd year, or have just completed your 2nd year of law school. 

 

Here's qualifications we are seeking:

  • A current student in your first or second year (or just completed second year) of law school.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Ambitious, confident, curious, investigative in nature.
  • Highly relational (high EQ).
  • Commitment to the culture, mission and values of K-LOVE and Air1.

What can you expect from us?

 

During this internship, you will experience EMF life; working in a collaborative, innovative & technical environment with a team that is committed to serving Christ in all that we do.  The work that you will do will be meaningful and contribute to furthering the ministry. Our host department will coach, mentor, and challenge you.  You will learn about your selected field, but more importantly, you will learn about yourself.

 

Throughout the course of this internship, you’ll learn from our team of leaders, gaining knowledge of the media industry and business acumen to better prepare you for the business world which lies ahead of you.

 

Location:         Franklin, TN

Start Date:       June 2025

Hourly Rate:    $20/hr
