This role will be a hybrid role at our Franklin, TN headquarters.

 

Here’s just some of what you will be doing daily…

 

  • Serve as a liaison between K-LOVE Legal and K-LOVE Procurement to ensure new contract requests requiring vendor setup and purchase orders are promptly flagged and assigned.
  • Support procurement needs and vendor coordination for special events hosted on the Franklin Campus.
  • Coordinate with Facilities to uphold guidelines for furniture-related purchases, rentals, repairs, and replacements.
  • Monitor utility accounts to help prevent overpayments, unnecessary auto-renewals, service disconnections, and outdated contact information.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure regular updates and effective communication.
  • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance accuracy within the procurement lifecycle.
  • Partner with department representatives to identify purchasing needs and provide training and coaching on procurement processes and systems.
  • Maintain current knowledge of procurement practices and tools by participating in professional development and training.
  • Cross-train with Buyers and serve as a backup when needed.
  • Lead assigned procurement projects from planning to completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from college or technical school in business or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional office management or project management experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Navigation).
  • Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated successful project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to demonstrate a calm presence in high pressure situations.
  • A collaborative and flexible style, with strong service mentality. Need to be seen as a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/Ministry relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for our mission and values.
