Reports to the Manager of Campaign Engagement, the Senior Pledge Drive Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and operationally supporting all Ministry fundraising campaigns across multiple radio networks. This role ensures readiness, quality, and continuity by serving as the liaison between internal departments and external contact centers, overseeing platform testing and updates, managing campaign logistics, and ensuring donor experience excellence.

Here’s just some of what you will be doing daily…
- Serve as the internal liaison to all external contact centers for pledge drives; invoice alignment, PCI audit documentation, and staffing forecasts.
- Create and maintain the annual pledge drive calendar; communicate updates and escalation protocols to all internal partners.
- Coordinate all pre-drive planning and post-drive debrief sessions, including updates during rallies and cross-department meetings.
- Facilitate technology readiness for campaign platforms (e.g., donor CRM, fulfillment tools, IVR systems); collaborate on releases and UAT testing for PledgeCloud, GiftCloud, and PCI Pal.
- Manage Interactive Voice Response (IVR) logistics, including script updates, testing, routing, and network-specific recordings in collaboration with Donor Services and VOIP teams.
- Execute live call testing during IVR transitions; verify routing, giving experiences, and representative readiness.
- Provide written documentation for campaign escalation plans, FAQs, contact protocols, and special initiatives (e.g., gift incentives, success fund promotions).
- Lead internal call center setup for campaigns as needed, including shift scheduling, training, recognition programs, and on-site or remote support coordination.
- Review contact center performance through QA sampling, transactional survey feedback, and frequent caller patterns; identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor campaign support chat and Snapshot during active drives; respond to issues, escalate concerns, and test as needed.
- Produce and distribute daily reporting including call volume metrics, staffing logs, and donor engagement summaries; communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Represent contact center operations in all campaign technology projects; contribute to platform documentation, testing, and rollout improvements.
- Support partner-driven fundraising events by attending meetings, preparing FAQs, coordinating live operations, and maintaining designated fundraising line availability.
- Conduct semi-annual review of public and internal-facing knowledge materials (e.g., network FAQs, Knowledge Articles) and recommend updates.
- Evaluate and recommend updates to GiftCloud content and structure based on agent feedback, call trends, and campaign experience analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in in campaign coordination, donor services, call center operations, or fundraising technology, preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of computers and common software applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other technical tools.
- Comfortable supporting live donor campaigns, systems testing, and partner engagement events.
- A collaborative and flexible style, with strong service mentality. Need to be seen as a team player.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-pace environment.
- Familiarity with call routing, CRM tools, QA evaluation, and campaign reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/Ministry relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
