This position is located on-site in our Franklin, TN office; Monday-Friday, 8-hour day on a Temporary Basis (up to six months with possible extensions)

What A Typical Day Might Look Like...

• Process amendments received from Site Development
• Ensure completeness of request package (Amendment draft, Exhibits, etc.)
• Store correspondences with landlord approvals in Lucernex with lease
• Create Leasing Request for legal review
• Facilitate review and approval process between Legal, EMF Leadership, and Landlord
• Follow up when delays are present
• Other legal administrative functions as assigned.

What We Are Looking For...

• 1- 2 years of experience in acquisition, compliance, lease negotiation, law, real estate, or similar/relevant experience desired.
• Experience with leases/contracts.
• Computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of the Internet and research skills.
• Project management experience
• Proven ability to deal with multiple, simultaneous problems in a systematic, logical manner.
• Familiarity with legal (contractual) and engineering terminology, a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
