Overview

Reporting to the Director of K-LOVE Kids, the Operations & Partnerships Manager will oversee the operational infrastructure of the Kids department. This individual will be responsible for managing the department’s budget, travel logistics, contracts, scheduling, administrative functions, partnerships and sponsorships, and overall operational strategy to support the development and execution of all Kids initiatives.

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that projects across music, media, merchandise, live events, and partnerships run smoothly, are delivered on time, and remain within budget. The Operations & Partnerships Manager will collaborate closely with the NextGen department, internal teams and external vendors to build a scalable and effective operations foundation for the NextGen Initiative.

This is an onsite role in Franklin, TN.

 

Here’s just some of what you will be doing daily…

Operational Management

  • Develop and manage detailed operational plans to support the Kids initiatives.
  • Manage department-wide logistics including booking travel, scheduling events, arranging accommodations, and securing venues.
  • Maintain systems for tracking team calendars, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with producers, creatives, and vendors to align operations with strategic goals.

 

Budget Oversight

  • Manage departmental budgets in collaboration with the Director of K-LOVE Kids.
  • Track expenditures, generate financial reports, and ensure projects stay within approved budgets.
  • Work with finance teams to process invoices, payments, and vendor contracts.

 

Vendor, Partnership & Sponsorship Administration

  • Coordinate contracting processes with providers, including legal and finance approvals.
  • Serve as point of contact for external vendors, partners, and sponsors regarding operational matters.
  • Oversee the management and execution of all partnerships and sponsorships to ensure alignment with the Kids Initiative goals, brand integrity, and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and sponsors, ensuring ongoing engagement and mutual value.

 

 

Departmental Support

  • Support internal communication and workflow across teams including media production, marketing, live events, and merchandise.
  • Establish and improve operational processes, tools, and documentation to increase efficiency.
  • Support the Director of K-LOVE Kids with strategic planning, administrative tasks, and cross-functional collaboration with the NextGen department.

 

Event & Travel Coordination

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute travel for team members, talent, and families involved in K-LOVE Kids events and recordings.
    • Oversee logistics in coordination with the Director of K-LOVE Kids for live events, video shoots, and special projects to ensure smooth execution from an operational perspective.
    • Champion team culture by coordinating key milestones, celebrations, and team-building activities.

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative leadership.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and logistics in a media or ministry environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing partnerships and sponsorships, including relationship management, and fulfillment of obligations.
  • Familiarity with faith-based programming or nonprofit operations a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and streamline operational processes.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for our mission and values.
