Overview

Ready to own a mission‑driven NetSuite environment? As our Senior NetSuite Administrator, you’ll be the stabilizing force behind our platform and the catalyst for smarter, faster operations. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Software Support, you’ll partner across technology and business teams to deliver rock‑solid performance, hands‑on end‑user support, and thoughtful solutions. You’ll be the go‑to conduit to NetSuite Support and a key player on special projects—from expansion to migrations—researching options and championing the right path forward.

 

 

Here's some of what you will be doing:

  • Adhere to EMF’s software development standards; policies and procedures related to software application and security architecture, design and coding standards and testing; to including creation of technical documentation as it applies to the NetSuite platform.
  • Responsible for building and customizing NetSuite solutions and managing integrations with other systems.
  • Perform day to day operation, maintenance and support tasks for all NetSuite applications and associated systems.
  • Administer user accounts and permissions.
  • Configure integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
  • Manage administration-related projects, collaborate with functional teams affected, and conduct quarterly meetings with finance leadership.
  • Actively participate in system enhancements/upgrades
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of NetSuite.
  • Evaluate and rebuild existing user security profiles.
  • Identify & evaluate opportunities for application optimization, integration, and development.
  • Perform ad hoc, special projects as assigned.
  • Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for NetSuite.
  • Partner with Advanced Customer Support and the internal NetSuite Support teams
  • Provide NetSuite training and documentation to users as needed.
  • Support the internal and external audit process.
  • Perform configuration and business process testing for NetSuite requests. This includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searches, reports, dashboards, and user roles to support business needs.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users, empowering them to maximize their understanding and utilization of NetSuite's features; provide ongoing support to address user inquiries and issues.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for system improvement, streamline processes and enhance NetSuite's functionality to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes to aid in knowledge transfer and support future system enhancements.
  • Perform 24 x 7 support for departments utilizing the NetSuite platform.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and complete other duties as assigned.

Here's some experience we are seeking: 

  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience required.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification desired.
  • 5 years’ of ERP experience with 2 years in NetSuite administration and strong knowledge of database structure and user interface.
  • Experience in configuring components of various complexity within the NetSuite environment.
  • Experience in deploying/supporting Finance and Supply Chain functions in NetSuite.
  • Experience using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow tools.
  • 1 year of experience with each of the following:
    • NetSuite Connector/REST API
    • Utilizing PL/SQL languages
    • Relational database design
    • Stored procedure development in Oracle or MS SQL
    • ERP System implementation and system integration
    • NetSuite One World or NetSuite Lite
    • Administering ERP Suite Builder and Suite Bundle SuiteScript.
  • Technical proficiency in customizing and configuring NetSuite to suit business needs.
  • Some technical experience with HTML, XML, JavaScript, NetSuite, Suite Cloud developer tools preferred
  • Familiarity of various business processes as they relate to accounting, finance, sales, order processing, and inventory management.
  • A collaborative and flexible style, with strong service mentality. Need to be seen as a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
