The Prayer Engagement Intern will support the Pastoral Care team by assisting with initiatives that strengthen prayer engagement and enhance ministry impact. This internship offers hands-on experience in strategic planning, team collaboration, and servant leadership within a high-impact ministry environment. Interns will participate in projects such as the Serve Day, Prayer 5-5-5, and Connection Groups while learning the full cycle of planning and execution for ministry initiatives. The internship culminates in a capstone project focused on assessing and improving cultural prayer engagement.
This internship provides exposure to ministry operations, strategic planning, and spiritual care practices. Interns will gain valuable experience in servant leadership, team dynamics, and prayer engagement strategies while contributing to projects that impact listeners and staff. Consideration for future employment may be based on performance and organizational needs.
