Reports to the Senior Director Podcasting Content, the Lead Producer is responsible for managing the development, production, and delivery of podcast content across the Ministry’s network. This role collaborates cross-functionally to shape content, ensure production excellence, and uphold the brand’s creative and editorial standards. The Producer balances hands-on production with workflow coordination and content strategy to support the growth and mission of each podcast.
