The Security Officer, stationed at the main entrance lobby, serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and vendors, ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Other daily tasks include records maintenance, identification control, data entry, performing standardized security rounds and answering incoming phone calls. The Security Officer is alert and ready to respond to special situations to protect personnel and property.   Here's some of what you will be doing: - Monitors and controls ingress/egress to facility through electronic and/or manual operations. - Helps manage the access control system and monitors access control activity of the building to ensure maximum building security. - Conducts frequent security rounds of the building and property to ensure that the security of the building is intact. - Works with respected departments to assist in security escorting of artists, special guests, and event related items on the property. - Ensures team members, contractors and visitors comply with procedures as specified in Purchase Card Industry (PCI) and Ministry policies. - Responsible for issuing guest/visitor, temporary team member badges, contractor badges. - Maintain all manual and electronic logs for visitors, vendors/contractors, and temporary team member badges. - Prepares monthly reports involving the status/accounting and reconciliation of systems and processes utilized in the scope of position including: - Camera logs (monitor available storage, camera problems) - Badge access logs (accounting for badges issued, not returned, broken, etc.) - Visitor logs (Reviewing to ensure filled out completely) - Work jointly with the HR department in issuing, activating, and deactivating badges for team members. - Implements Threat Response Protocol in the event of a threat to EMF property or personnel. - Answers incoming security calls during business hours and redirects as appropriate. - Monitors 90 plus security cameras to ensure proper functionality and reports malfunctioning cameras to the Manager of Safety & Security. Maintains audit log of monitoring activity. - Monitors social media looking for threats that pertain to K-LOVE and Air1. Perceived threats are forwarded to the Manager of Safety & Security for review. - Interprets and enforces security policies and procedures within the scope of job responsibility with little or no direction from direct supervisor. - Work jointly with the Warehouse department to inspect any suspicious incoming mail for team member safety. - May serve as a liaison for team member training of safety and security matters. - Provide input in the development and implementation of procedures necessary for the efficient operation of the security team. - Work on special projects as required. - May occasionally be required to work overtime and off hours on special occasions. Here's some experience we are seeking:  - High school diploma or equivalent plus a valid class C Tennessee Driver's License. - Must be registered as an unarmed or armed guard for the state of Tennessee. - 2-3 years prior work experience in a security assignment, dispatch center or working as a front lobby receptionist is preferred. - Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with difficult situations that could involve either guests or EMF employees. - Ability to work independently. - Ability to be versatile and flexible. Research and summarize project impact, present response summaries and event recaps. - Create, implement, and document processes; analyze and suggest improvements.   Here's some experience we are seeking:  - Bachelor’s Degree in English, Writing, Journalism or relevant experience.  - Must have demonstrated written English communication skills including strong editing skills, with expertise in spelling and grammar. Join our growing Finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist! In this role, you will process various expenditures, and have a direct impact on the financial reporting function of the organization. This requires attention to detail, the ability to interact with vendors and other departments, and helps ensure proper recording and reporting. EMF has over 1,000 radio stations and translator signals and this role will have a direct impact on our millions of listeners, supporters and donors!   This opportunity is in-office in Franklin, TN.    On a day to day basis you will: - Process daily payable invoices, check requests, and employee expense reimbursements. - Maintain and update invoice journals. - Process weekly check runs. - Help maintain invoice electronic filing system - Code invoices based on EMF’s chart of accounts, as well as other dimensions.  - Work with vendors and team members to reconcile vendor accounts as needed. - Communicate professionally and effectively with vendors, management, and other team members. - Work cohesively with the team in Accounts Payable Department. - Complete special projects as directed by the Accounting Supervisor or Controller.  Background and qualifications needed: - Minimum of six months of financial processing (payables, receivables, donor processing), or related experience. - Strong organizational and administrative skills. - Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and speak effectively with vendors and fellow team members. - Ability to define problems collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. - Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  Experience with NetSuite preferred. - Demonstrated ability to work independently; establishing and meeting performance/ministry goals. - Exhibits versatility and flexibility. Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Software Development, the Software Developer provides support and leadership to the assigned Business Software Development team and beyond, building and supporting applications for EMF’s needs. This role creates, designs, and performs implementations to resolve problems and provides mentorship to grow and develop the software development team.   Here's some of what you will be doing: - Confidently ship features, improvements, and bug fixes with minimal guidance and support from other Team Members. Collaborate with the team on larger projects. - Collaborate with stakeholders within the ministry to maintain quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment. - Identify and resolve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity either alone or with small amounts of help from Team Members in a timely manner. - Represent the Business Development Team and the Technology Group values in communication for specific projects/platforms. - Proactively evaluate performance problems within an application or platform. Develop plans to detect and prevent these problems from reoccurring. - Recognize technical debt within the team and propose/implement solutions. - Maintain awareness of new technologies as they are developed by the industry. - Work on any of the systems the team supports with minimal ramp up time. - Understand EMF's system architecture well enough to troubleshoot and pinpoint issues. The Design Project Manager will work collaboratively with the Art Director, Creative Director, Vice President of Marketing, and the Design Studio team.   This role is VERY different from that of an Associate Pastor at a Church.  Our K-LOVE & Air1 Pastors provide biblical guidance and crisis intervention for our listeners. They provide biblical phone counseling, write content for our digital media platforms, respond to prayer requests, lead prayer times for our staff, and a lot more! Our Pastors also maintain scheduled office hours, plus participate in on-call rotations.   This is aFull-Time, on-site position based out of our Franklin, TN offices. Available schedule:  Tuesday - Saturday 2:00pm - 10:30pm   Here's some of what you will be doing..... Provide pastoral and biblical counsel to K-LOVE/Air1 listeners via phone on a variety of life topics from Biblical questions to crisis intervention. As appropriate pray, counsel, and direct listeners to resources in their area for long-term assistance. As part of the goal to take listener calls live, the Associate Pastor will: - Maintain scheduled hours and participate in on-call rotation (nights and weekends), assuming the responsibilities of On-Call Pastor during assigned period. - Continue to grow in depth of scripture and biblical knowledge applying scripture and knowledge in response to listener needs. - Maintain accurate phone availability status. - Serve as back up for the on-call pastor as needed. - Make referrals to local assistance, e.g. churches, shelters, rehab facilities and counsellors. - Regularly pray with and for our listeners. The role collaborates with various technical teams to validate technical designs, ensure system deliverables are completed on time, and technical solutions are adequately tested before deployment.   Here's some of what you will be doing: - Serve as Tier III escalation point for all staff voice and collaboration needs including escalating to service partners, vendors, & maintaining a Service Level Agreement for customers. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Layer 2/3 Cisco switching and routing infrastructure including Voice Gateways, ATA’s, ISR’s, Nexus, & Catalyst devices. - Provide enhancements to support daily operations for Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connections, & Cisco Unified Contact Center Express based on business stakeholder requirements. - Ensure the use of sound methodologies and collaboration with other technical staff in enterprise architecture design and ensure that technical solutions incorporate “best practices” and adhere to EMF’s architecture and compliance standards.  - Ensure architecture, security, design, development, and testing standards are up-to-date and adhered to including the creation of technical documentation. - Provide guidance to system security and ensure practices meet PCI certification processes. - Share responsibility with the Architecture, Information Security, Software Development, and other departments to manage ongoing enterprise architecture governance structure on basis of business and technology strategies. - Keep current with technology and trends and propose governing principles to guide decision making pertinent to telephony infrastructure. - Promote agreed upon infrastructure principles and architecture and ensure inclusion, communication, and implementation across the organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Programming Operations, the Newsroom Manager oversees day to day logistical operations of the EMF newsroom. This would include ensuring that day to day shifts are covered, newsroom equipment needs are maintained, provide direction to newsroom staff on local news breakaways as needed. During times of national crisis, the Newsroom Manager would assign anchor talent to deliver network branded newscasts.
