This position will support various WTA marketing efforts, such as home entertainment and book publishing marketing.   Here's some of what you will be doing: - Assist with client proposal and presentation design with direction of leadership team. - Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, overview documents, and other marketing campaign needs. - Participate in meetings and provide thorough meeting agenda and notes on client marketing and producer calls. - Communicate marketing and distribution timelines to Marketing team and client ensuring timeliness and accuracy of delivery. - Maintain accurate marketing documents on shared drive (Dropbox and Google) for each campaign. - Manage day-to-day agency communications to assist in execution of design and delivery of creative assets. - Maintain an online film screener distribution process for film projects. - Obtain necessary approval of marketing assets from Team Leader and/or Producer/client, and alert team if there are issues or delays in hitting deadlines. - Operate as liaison between Marketing team and the accounting contact to track invoices and payments. - Compile and design post campaign wrap-up presentation for clients. - Manage company website design and updates. - Ownership of contract process through RFP, approval and signature process. Manage client and vendor signing and confirm all appropriate dates and clauses are included. - Assist with partner engagement, including setting up marketing plan barters, day-to-day communication and asset deliverables. - Assist with influencer outreach initiatives. - Assist Team Members outside of the main area of responsibility. In addition, all Team Members hold each other to the highest standards of work and contribution. The Marketing Manager supports the Director(s) of Marketing. Podcasts have changed the way we consume content. Growing, learning, exploring, and connecting with new topics, on demand, on any device, anywhere. Educational Media Foundation, K-LOVE/Air1 & WTA launched our podcast platform, AccessMore, less than a year ago and we have far surpassed our expectations. Adding this crucial platform to our media family, we can reach more people for Christ than ever before. As such, we are seeking a true Media Operations Coordinator, a podcasting version of an APD, to help us continue the growth of this impactful medium.   The AccessMore Operations Coordinator plays an important role in the Programming Department by supporting and executing day to day logistics for the Podcast and Streaming Audio Program Director and AccessMore team.   Here’s just some of what you will be doing daily… - Work alongside our AccessMore Program Director to develop strategies for individual shows, platform, and content distribution. - Provide day-to-day support for the AccessMore Program Director. - Assist in day-to-day client logistics, including coordination of show recordings and audio/design delivery. - Coordinate logistical plans with internal and contract team members to meet goals, timelines and budget. - Execute updates and changes to podcast shows and procedures. - Participate in the development of AccessMore podcasts through meetings and brainstorm sessions with the AccessMore Program Director and team. - Assist AccessMore marketing efforts in development and execution in collaboration with the Program Director and/or third-party marketing firms. - Foster healthy working relationships with AccessMore clients and potential partners. - Contribute to the planning, production, and success of client’s projects. - Filter all incoming AccessMore inquiries for the roster and internal partnerships. - Process invoices, working with vendors and finance department to reconcile vendor accounts as needed. - Participate in planning, coordinating, and executing AccessMore events.  We are looking for a very specific skill set and business acumen. Educational Media Foundation, parent company to K-LOVE/Air1 radio, WTA and AccessMore currently seeks a senior attorney to join our team as General Counsel. This role serves as the key legal advisor for one of the largest contemporary Christian media organizations in the world. In this role, you’ll drive EMF’s strategic legal direction and serve in a hands-on capacity within the ministry, reporting to the CEO. You will provide proactive advice that broadly guides the Ministry’s policies and direction from a legal, governance, and best-practices perspective. The role includes a wide range of responsibilities including policy and practice development related to areas such as media entertainment (film, music, music publishing, international music, book publishing, streaming,  podcasting, live events, television), digital media, religious freedom, nonprofit corporations, FCC regulations, and emergent technologies; advice related to pertinent legislative trends and changes; mitigation of legal and other risks associated with EMF's organization, activities, and relationships; safeguarding the integrity of EMF's reputation, programs, and mission while facilitating our prudent expansion; and serving as the principal liaison for all internal and external EMF legal matters.   This isn’t an ordinary General Counsel role and the candidates we seek won’t be ordinary either. Your specific team will include peers at a senior leadership level as well as a staff of Attorneys (3), a Paralegal, and Director of Business Affairs.   Must have 10-15 years in the media industry.   If this role sounds just right for you, here’s what you’ll bring to our team. - Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited school of law. - Good standing with the Tennessee bar, or another state bar with the commitment to become a member of the California bar. - A minimum of 10 and preferably 15, years of practice as an attorney with an emphasis on media (broadcasting, film, TV, books, streaming, podcasting, and events) and general corporate and complex business transactions, contracts, constitutional law, corporate law, employment law, communications law,  exempt organizations, or tax and finance; and, preferably the equivalent of at least 5 years of experience representing nonprofit organizations including court/trial experience. - Experience working in a senior legal / General Counsel position with a proven ability to contribute to national strategic initiatives as well as implementation of relevant cross-departmental goals and objectives, including measurements/metrics. - Experience successfully leading, mentoring and training a legal team, in addition to vetting, selecting, and managing inside and outside legal counsel required. - Experience with state and federal litigation, and alternative dispute resolution methodologies. - Knowledge of relevant legislation and FCC guidelines highly preferable. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships. - Experience with public speaking such as presentations, trainings, conferences, etc. - Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. - Alignment with EMF's mission, values and beliefs is imperative. Educational Media Foundation (EMF) is the largest Christian broadcasting network in the country with a growing set of media brands in radio, podcasting, streaming, publishing, movies and live events.   We are currently looking for a VoIP Engineer II to maintain our on-premise Cisco CUCM & UCCX, Cisco Cloud Contact Center, and other auxiliary telephony systems. We are in the process of moving our headquarters to the Nashville, Tennessee area and you will be involved from the ground up as we install the phone infrastructure in our new EMF headquarters!   Our phone systems are a critical tool within our ministry as we have our pastoral care team members taking calls to pray with and minister to those in need.  Each call matters and can make a difference in someone’s life!   In this role, you'll support projects for VoIP initiatives, plan, and configure advanced features as requested by various business stakeholders and contact centers to ensure that our telephony requirements are met. (local and remote) - Prioritize calls, voicemails, emails, in person request for assistance from users. - Ensure studio equipment and automation systems are consistently reliable. - Be able to work in a fast pace 24 x7 environment being responsive, on call and manages multiple projects at once.   Technical Skills to be Successful: - 4 years working with broadcast studio technology as an audio/video technician. - Demonstrated knowledge of media productions, audio mixers, analog and digital audio distribution. - Experience with DAWs (Digital audio workstations), broadcast automation and Codes (IP and online) - Experience with computer hardware repair, KVM systems, Audio cards, USB and Firewire audio devices, audio patch bays and routers. - Knowledge of both Windows and Mac (including tablets and phones). - Experience with studio technology with ability to solder, read line drawings, create wire lists and fabricate broadcast and production studios. - AOIP (Audio Over Internet Protocol) or similar networked audio standards (Wheatnet, Dante) - Telos Alliance products and configurations (Axia and Telos) - RCS automation systems such as Zetta or NexGen What can we offer you? Seeking part-time Lead Street Team position for national Christian radio in Philadelphia area.   Do you listen to K-LOVE and Air1 and wonder how you could be part of it, but not as a full time gig? Wonder no more! Here’s your chance to reach thousands in the Philadelphia area for Christ! This part-time opportunity supports our current Philly Promotions Team. Approximately 18-29 hours per week. You must be able to manage events in the evenings and weekends and have a flexible schedule. This is all about EXECUTION, meaning, it’s your job to walk out events. The leg-work has been done, events planned. Your job is to pack up the K-LOVE or Air1 car with our booth, equipment, and swag, drive to the event location, unpack everything you just packed up, set up the booth, equipment and prepare to engage and encourage participants during your time there. You’re a cheerleader for K-LOVE and Air1, encouraging event participants to get involved. We expect you to be the first one there and the last to leave. At the end of  a successful event, it’s everything in reverse, landing you back at the office, and yep, you guessed it, unpack so that you’re ready to go again. If you think it’s a physical job, you’re right, and did we mention you will be standing on your feet 4-6 hours at a time? But, to succeed in this job, you’ll have a high level of energy, organization, ability to execute and have fun through it all!   Here's some of how you will contribute: - Execution of events from inception to completion, extremely physical. - Manage volunteers and conduct volunteer training (if needed). - Enter winner information into our system for contests. - If your talent is in capturing photos and creating content, you may be asked to post to socials. - Update community calendar. - Maintain promo swag, equipment and supplies inventory. - Maintain car; wash, oil changes, and document records. - Partner with current Promotions Team in the Philly office. Additional info about this position...   As mentioned above, this is a very physical position. Our team can be on their feet for several hours and regularly lift and transport heavy booths & equipment. Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation; background check will be conducted.
