If you said yes to the above, and are thirsting to know even more, then definitely apply for this Donor Engagement Content Specialist position.   This position resides in Rocklin, CA long-term and is not remote (however, currently, it is a hybrid of remote and WFH).   Here's what you will be doing and how you will contribute to the ministry: - Write, design, and edit a variety of assets to inform Donor Communities and enhance Donor Experiences. - Create email content for 600K+ monthly donors and for segmented digital drip campaigns. - Design visual assets. - Plan for and oversee the timely content mgmt., execution, and distribution. - Develop and write scripts for video shoots, event invitations and follow-up materials. - Research and write external materials for donor sub-community campaign launches. - Contribute to and edit impact and endowment reports. - Collect donor bios, stories, and testimonies; use the testimonies our listeners/donors share to inspire others and to show how donor generosity is changing lives in real and tangible ways. - Write relational and creative copy, as well as internal announcements and bios.   - Create and layout monthly statement copy for K-LOVE and Air1 donors. - Customize, write, process, and track gift-acknowledgment. Here's some background and experience we are seeking   Required: - 5-7 years-experience in Communications, Email Marketing, Content Creation or similar. - Demonstrated written communication skills including strong spelling and grammar with an ability to adapt writing to our audience and network brand. - STRONG copy-editing/proofreading skills with sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. - Project management skills with a strong track record in execution and delivery on-time/budget. - Experience in email marketing campaigns and/or email marketing fundamentals. - Proficient in Microsoft Word and outlook. Thousands of K-LOVE & Air1 listeners reach out to our Pastoral Care team over the phone, through email and social media, looking for prayer and spiritual support.  Our team of Pastoral Support Specialists support our pastors, by serving as the first contact for callers, offering support and prayer.    The environment is high energy, fast-paced and fast-changing.  If you love praying with others and bringing encouragement into people’s lives, this might be the position for you!   We have an opening, on-site position based at our headquarters in Rocklin, CA. Shift Hours are: Monday - Friday, 4:00am - 12:30pm.  Please note: Scheduling flexibility is needed as the days and hours can change upon ministry needs.        *Must be able to work holidays as needed.

The Promotions Manager is responsible for increased brand awareness of the K-LOVE and Air1 brands within their local market. The Promotions Manager will lead an office in partnership with the Promotions Coordinator to create strong relationships within their community; expose the radio station to people who have never heard K-LOVE and Air1; and deepen listener’s experience through contesting, ministry outreach, and events within three hours of the local office. Success will be measured by local community partnerships, web site visits, social media participation, and listener attendance and engagement at events. We are considering candidates from the local Nashville market.   Here's some of what you will be doing as a Manager of our Nashville team: - Responsible for strategic listener building efforts, listeners experience and impact in the community through live events, promotional efforts, and strong community relationships. - Provide leadership and day-to-day management for the Promotions Coordinator. Recruit, train, mentor, coach and develop Coordinator; conduct performance evaluations. - Lead the office in promotional strategies, day to day administrative tasks and exceeding market goals. - Ensure brand consistency and standard operational procedures in the office. - Develop and build relationships within the community that result in promotional partnerships that align with/grow target market. - Develop and maintain an ongoing calendar of events and on-air content that helps to increase listenership, deepen listener experience with K-LOVE and Air1, and increase community impact, meeting local and national goals. - Seek out, participate in, and evaluate local promotional events. Proactively stay informed of and participate in, community, church, and major city events. Strategically and creatively evaluate and plan participation for the strongest impact. Schedule and staff all events, ensuring consistency and excellence in “our message” and brand presentation. - Proactively suggest and create innovative ways to reach potential listeners and spotlight the K-LOVE and Air1 heart, brand and frequency and increase traffic to our website. - Work with local promoters and ministries to promote events that are consistent with the format and audience for K-LOVE and Air 1. Promote EMF stations at these events through displays, stage presence, and other creative options. - Develop a team of approved volunteers to partner and positively represent K-LOVE and Air1 and to assist with promotional activities at events and concerts. - Ensure display booths are set up per the standard featuring promotional items ministry resources and opportunities to win. Here's some experience and background we are looking for: - Bachelors’ Degree in marketing, communications or combination of education/training with relevant experience. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, brand management, or equivalent. - Strong organizational and administrative skills. - Prior radio experience a plus. - Prior experience in a leadership/supervisory role with direct reports a must. - Strong knowledge of radio promotional and marketing techniques and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships. - Strong communication skills to articulate value to potential partners. Experience and skill creating a contagious enthusiasm. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, establishing and meeting performance/market goals. - A collaborative and flexible style, with strong service mentality. If so, we need you as a Senior Designer!   The Senior Designer works with the Art Director on the overall aesthetics of the brands. This position may help lead a smaller team of Designers and Junior Designers to discover innovative ways to tell stories and communicate ideas through various forms of digital media, including graphics, art and photography. The Senior Designer leads and contributes to creative planning and brainstorming, helping develop visual direction on projects. In addition, the Senior Designer works with the web content team creating design assets for web, mobile apps and email. This position also collaborates with and gives branding direction to UI/UX designer on digital projects.       Here’s some of what you will be doing: - Provide day-to-day leadership on brand or brands as assigned by the Art Director. Taking leadership by assigning projects and manage deadlines and milestones. - Incorporate design and brand guidelines for K-LOVE, Air 1, and other EMF brands. Create visual designs and concepts for marketing collateral, e.g., online and print content such as website posts, promos, ad banners, custom/promotional emails, and marketing and communication pieces (internal and external work). - Produce graphic sketches, design comps, and copy layout, determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, based on layout principles and aesthetic design concepts for print production. - Create and update graphics for websites, mobile apps, social media, and video projects. - Utilize knowledge of target markets and our brands’ cultures to ensure projects are executed with consistent branding and messaging, creating “fresh” and relevant designs and artwork. - Under the direction of the Art Director, provide concepts and ideas and collaborate on marketing initiatives. - Assist in photo and video shoots. - Help maintain and update the Digital Asset Management website (WIDEN) and team file server (BOX). - Proactively partner with other members of the Digital Media and Marketing Teams, contributing to the creative process and providing input as appropriate. Here’s experience we are seeking: - A minimum of 4+ years in-house or ad agency experience. - Ability to deliver inspired concepts under the guidance of the Art Director, quickly and intuitively, thriving under pressure and tight deadlines. - Ability to apply feedback and direction from the Art Director to produce the strongest possible output and grow design capabilities. - Strong understanding of fundamental design principles for web and print that affect typography, composition, color, use of space and hierarchy of information. - Skilled in the current version of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with an understanding of Keynote and PowerPoint. - Experience in Sketch, AfterAffects, and Premier is a plus. - Experience in designing environmental graphics is a plus. - Strong skills in HTML and CSS, with a keen eye for future technology. - Exhibits a love for learning and creative thinking. - Self-disciplined, strong work ethic and background, with the ability to work in a team environment. - Excellent attention to detail and efficiency, comfortable with mega-multi-tasking, resolving competing priorities, and meeting project deadlines. - Demonstrated ability to represent the ministry professionally. - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts or equivalent experience. Serving as an EngineeringField Technician with the largest non-profit, Christian media organization in the country, is second to none! They are our HEROES; ensuring signals are clear, uninterrupted, and well maintained. If you have a passion for radio engineering and would like to start your career with us, we will train, develop, and guide you to becoming a Field Engineer working with the best Radio Engineering Team known to man.     Our Field Technician supports the Engineering Department by working RF, IP, and audio equipment used at EMF signal sites around the country. This role provides support to the Regional Field Engineers and Regional Engineering Manager (REM) by using equipment knowledge to troubleshoot problems in the field as well as perform field proofs on signals, equipment maintenance and installation, and ensuring proper operation of signals.  This position provides the training needed to pursue your career as a Field Engineer I.   What you will be doing: - Work at EMF radio sites performing assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of broadcast equipment (such as audio processors, modulation monitors and transmitters) used in radio broadcasting, ensuring programs are broadcast to EMF’s high standard of quality. - Install equipment in racks; wire, program, and test the equipment and completed racks. - Perform FCC compliance tests including RF Proof of Performance, RFR, and other studies evaluating the proper operation of broadcast equipment and stations. Properly document the results of these tests and submit formal reports as required. - Assist Field Engineers and the REM with tasks such as station maintenance and construction. - Assist Field Engineers and REM with duties such as station log completion, annual inspections, and other administrative duties as assigned. - Develop and validate written technical documentation of processes and procedures, adhering to EMF documentation standards, as required and directed by REM or Senior Manager of Engineering. - Assist Field Engineers with troubleshooting over the phone or in person. - Partner and communicate with EMF and contract engineers to accomplish objectives and tasks. - Contribute to network upgrade or specialized projects as assigned. - Perform work on non-broadcast equipment (such as electrical generators, air conditioning units, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, etc.) as conditions dictate. - Travel to remote sites to perform installations or repairs as assigned. - Complete other duties as assigned by Regional Engineering Manager or Senior Manager of Engineering. Experience we are seeing: - 3-5 years’ experience in broadcast equipment assembly, diagnosing and repairing required. - Posses comprehensive knowledge to build, modify, and repair broadcast equipment to the discrete component level. - Ability to use basic and advanced test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and safely use basic hand and power tools. - Ability to solder and desolder electronic components industry - Possess comprehensive communication and technical writing skills with the ability to read and interpret documents, in English, such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before customers/listeners or other team members. - Demonstrated ability to read component color codes and data sheets; read wire and circuit diagrams; read and develop logic truth tables; and add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and complex numbers. - Proficient in MS Office products and other common software (internet browsers, etc.) with the ability to develop Excel worksheets with complex logic expressions. - Ability to efficiently multi-task prioritized objectives through time management in a fast-paced work environment. - Possesses a good understanding of applicable FCC rules and regulations. We are seeking a strategic buyer; a person who is a business partner with our department heads and current buyers. Someone who can create a holistic, healthy, unified purchasing department that focuses on relationships, communication, facilitation and cost savings for the ministry.  We need you to be hands-on with the day to day and strategic with the procurement function.    As our Procurement Manager, you will oversee planning and strategic implementation of goals for procurement, with a focus on department goals, time-lines, budgets, communication, results tracking and celebration. Assess department performance against both annual goals and plans. Provide strategic recommendations based on operational analysis, research, and projections, cost identification and allocation, and resource analysis. Ensure tools and systems are in place to provide critical operational and project information to leadership and others and make actionable recommendations on both strategic goals and operational constraints. Provide leadership for the procurement function and procurement team, ensuring ministry wide collaboration and communication, facilitating appropriate resolution of issues and competing priorities. Ensure alignment of procurement initiatives with ministry objectives. Your passion and drive to be a part of the mission of EMF will be critical in your success in the role.    Day to day  - Manages all purchasing activities and establishes strategic purchasing processes and procedures. Devise and implement effective sourcing and procurement strategies. - Build effective and efficient relationships with suppliers with the intent on a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship. - Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure advantageous terms. Help to control spending and building a culture of long-term savings related to procurement. - Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services. Finalize details of purchase orders and deliveries. - Evaluate the effectiveness of existing contracts, and work with Legal and appropriate department head(s) to improve contracts as appropriate. - Evaluates and analyzes purchasing trend and price trend to identify forecasting demand and minimize purchasing costs. Track and report key functional metrics related to improvements in Procurement’s efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure clarity of expectations and specifications. - Be aware of industry trends that could impact suppliers and/or their relationship with EMF. - Plan for unfavorable events through evaluation of EMF, vendor, and industry conditions. - Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements. Here's what we need from you - Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement at a mid-large sized organization (over 400 employees). - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Procurement Management/Leadership as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer, or Head of procurement. - Experience creating a procurement program, not just following current model. - Possess a knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as dexterity in “reading” the market. - Demonstrated abilities in negotiation and networking. - Understanding of the technical and operational needs of radio or television, preferred. - Good knowledge of supplier or third-party procurement management software. - Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers. - Experience in collecting and analyzing data. - A collaborative and flexible style, with strong service mentality.
